Ingoing Condition Reports

The minimum prescribed information set out by your states regulatory authority is strictly
implemented for all of our Property and Ingoing Condition Reports.

Outgoing / Final Inspections

We are solely comparing the property's current condition to that of the original report,
which the tenant sighted at the beginning of the tenancy.

Routine Inspections

Regular routine inspections are conducted to maintain the property's condition and address any issues promptly. Our detailed reports keep you informed and proactive in property management.

360° Inspections

Pre Purchase Inspections

Inventory Reports

When furniture is provided as part of the property, an accurate inventory report is compiled to note all additional items at the property. This will form part of the Property Condition Report or Final Bond Inspection report.
